茯苓荷葉老鴿湯


功能解說:利水祛濕,活血疏肌。
材料:老鴿一隻(約四兩)、荷葉半兩、生扁豆二兩、茯苓半兩、陳板一小塊
做法:1.老鴿洗淨,飛水。2.陳皮用水浸軟,刮去瓤;其餘材料洗淨。3.將所有材料放入湯煲,注入適量清水,煲滾後轉小火煲二至三小時,下鹽調味便可。
