龍脷葉沙參瘦肉湯


功能解說:健脾清肺,化痰止咳。
材料:瘦肉六兩、龍脷葉二錢、南杏五錢、沙參四錢、日月魚四隻(約半兩)、蜜棗一粒
做法:1.日月魚及瘦肉洗淨,分別飛水。2.其餘藥材洗淨。3.將所有材料放入湯煲,注入適量清水,煲滾後轉小火煲二至三小時,下鹽調味即可。
